一)課文閱讀方面,沒有像以前對(duì)課文的第一遍閱讀一帶而過把它窄化為知識(shí)點(diǎn),而是注重了語篇教學(xué),設(shè)置不同的問題,提高學(xué)生的閱讀速度及對(duì)文章的整體把握和理解;幫助學(xué)生理清文章思路,分析文章整體結(jié)構(gòu)。因?yàn)樵嚲碇械耐晷吞羁眨喿x理解,閱讀表達(dá)部分都會(huì)考察學(xué)生對(duì)語篇的整體領(lǐng)悟能力。
二)備知識(shí)點(diǎn)時(shí)我力求讓有限的課堂時(shí)間真正成為學(xué)生參與的語言訓(xùn)練過程。語言需要大量的模仿和操練,所以在備課時(shí),所講的重要知識(shí)點(diǎn)后面我都會(huì)設(shè)法在老師用書上或在網(wǎng)上找些適合學(xué)生做的練習(xí)題,把以講為主變?yōu)橐跃殲橹鳎寣W(xué)生通過模仿,練習(xí)鞏固所學(xué)知識(shí),改變學(xué)生當(dāng)聽眾的習(xí)慣,盡量變少數(shù)參與為人人參與;變偶爾練為全程練。畢竟不下水是永遠(yuǎn)也學(xué)不會(huì)游泳的。

作業(yè)是學(xué)生對(duì)課堂知識(shí)掌握程度的檢驗(yàn)與鞏固,學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)中所存在的問題都會(huì)在作業(yè)中體現(xiàn)出來。作業(yè)的布置和檢查方面,我的原則是一)量要適中,量太少,多數(shù)學(xué)生會(huì)覺得這一科目無事可做;量太大,學(xué)生會(huì)失去興趣,甚至?xí)a(chǎn)生厭學(xué)情緒。二)作業(yè)布置具體化,使學(xué)生知道作業(yè)要求,不但知道作業(yè)是什么,還要知道作業(yè)應(yīng)完成到什么程度,是會(huì)寫,還是熟讀,會(huì)寫哪些,要熟讀哪部分。如果是做題,布置作業(yè)時(shí),我基本上都會(huì)附上作業(yè)要求(認(rèn)真書寫,獨(dú)立完成等),我覺得這會(huì)對(duì)學(xué)生起到提醒和督促的作用。三)只要布置作業(yè),就一定會(huì)檢查。尤其是課前的聽寫和背誦部分,對(duì)于這種學(xué)生應(yīng)掌握的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí),要堅(jiān)持抓,不放松;如果做的是習(xí)題,課堂上暫無時(shí)間處理時(shí),也要收一部分同學(xué)做的題看看,主要看他們是否認(rèn)真完成;發(fā)現(xiàn)問題及時(shí)與學(xué)生溝通;學(xué)生交上來的作業(yè)我定會(huì)認(rèn)真及時(shí)批改,對(duì)于作業(yè)中出現(xiàn)的問題及時(shí)反饋,及時(shí)解決;對(duì)于難度較大的題目,學(xué)生出現(xiàn)錯(cuò)誤較多的作業(yè),課上利用時(shí)間統(tǒng)一詳細(xì)講評(píng)每個(gè)錯(cuò)誤;對(duì)于學(xué)生不該出現(xiàn)的問題,進(jìn)行個(gè)別指導(dǎo)糾正。
最后一點(diǎn),也是非常重要的一點(diǎn):向同學(xué)科的前輩們請(qǐng)教學(xué)習(xí)。以上的個(gè)人體會(huì)與總結(jié),一些做法就是從他們那里學(xué)到的。我很慶幸每次在教學(xué)中碰到不明白的地方向老教師請(qǐng)教時(shí),他們都會(huì)不厭其煩認(rèn)真的幫我解決。我內(nèi)心真的很感激他們,因?yàn)槲疑钪抑阅軌蛟诮虒W(xué)上有所進(jìn)步,除了我個(gè)人的努力之外,我覺得更離不開他們的處處幫助和指導(dǎo),離不開這個(gè)良好的團(tuán)隊(duì),是這個(gè)團(tuán)隊(duì)提供給了我成長所需要的沃土和空間。年級(jí)組給我機(jī)會(huì)去實(shí)踐自己的教學(xué)理念,而我們教學(xué)組良好的氛圍促進(jìn)了我的提高,我現(xiàn)在教學(xué)上的一些好的做法都得益于同學(xué)科組的前輩們:在我平時(shí)向他們請(qǐng)教問題的過程中,在聽他們上課的過程中,我學(xué)到,悟到了很多東西,尤其是以下幾點(diǎn)對(duì)我教學(xué)觸動(dòng)很大。從王老師那里我學(xué)到了備課一絲不茍,只有把握好了大綱,自己把文章理解的特別透徹,考試考什么,學(xué)生應(yīng)掌握什么,掌握到什么程度,備課才可能備出重點(diǎn),備出難點(diǎn),這一點(diǎn)我們經(jīng)常都這樣說可是要真正做到并不簡單,尤其是英語語言知識(shí)比較零散。這一點(diǎn)我雖然做的還不是很好,但這是我努力的方向;從他那里我還學(xué)到了用生活中簡單易懂的實(shí)例解釋英語中的一些抽象概念,讓學(xué)生一聽就懂。課堂上舉例時(shí)盡量自己造句使例句內(nèi)容貼近學(xué)生生活并是他們感興趣的話題,因?yàn)樽约涸斓木渥咏Y(jié)構(gòu)簡單明了,學(xué)生一看就明白。這點(diǎn)是聽徐老師的課從中學(xué)到的,我這學(xué)期以來,也是盡力這樣做的。彭老師的課注重文章的整體把握和分析,思路清晰,步驟齊全;吳老師注重課前檢查環(huán)節(jié)等我都從中借鑒學(xué)習(xí)了他們的經(jīng)驗(yàn);張老師,李老師等在教學(xué)方面都經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富各有特點(diǎn),都值得我學(xué)習(xí)。
同時(shí),在這里我也感謝同年級(jí)的其他老師對(duì)我生活和教學(xué)上的幫助。希望在未來的日子里,能在各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)老師,前輩的指導(dǎo)下,取得更好的成績。

隨著新課改的逐漸深入,我校由點(diǎn)到面開始全面實(shí)施高效課堂教學(xué)模式。對(duì)我而言,高效課堂教學(xué)模式的實(shí)踐只有一年的時(shí)間。剛開始,我也非常茫然,編制導(dǎo)學(xué)案不知從何下手,教材內(nèi)容不知如何取舍,每上完一節(jié)課,總覺得心里不是很踏實(shí)。但一年下來,我感觸頗深。課堂是教學(xué)的主陣地,要提高英語教學(xué)質(zhì)量,必須重視課堂教學(xué),聚焦英語課堂教學(xué)的有效性,必須實(shí)施有效課堂教學(xué)。下面我談?wù)勔荒陙碜约簩?shí)施高效課堂教學(xué)的幾點(diǎn)感受:
一:集體備課氣氛濃厚,課堂教學(xué)資源共享
備好課是提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量的關(guān)鍵同時(shí)它也是高效課堂實(shí)施中最重要的一環(huán),與傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)相比不同之處亦在于此。一年來,我們備課組成員集體備課的氣氛相當(dāng)濃厚,根據(jù)高效課堂實(shí)施的細(xì)則每個(gè)教學(xué)單元要編制五份導(dǎo)學(xué)案,包括詞匯,閱讀,語言點(diǎn),語言運(yùn)用和語法及復(fù)習(xí)導(dǎo)學(xué)案,有時(shí)還編制單元訓(xùn)練案。全組成員每人主備一份導(dǎo)學(xué)案,主備人還要編制課件及教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì),然后集體討論,經(jīng)學(xué)校兩級(jí)審核,最后確定正式稿再印發(fā)給學(xué)生。我們課改班上課用的是同一份導(dǎo)學(xué)案,同一個(gè)課件,實(shí)現(xiàn)了資源共享,但是各位老師在自己的課堂上會(huì)將共享的資源適當(dāng)調(diào)整,以達(dá)到自己課堂上最佳的教學(xué)效果。現(xiàn)在翻閱一學(xué)年來的導(dǎo)學(xué)案和課件,我感覺編制越來越規(guī)范,重,難點(diǎn)的把握越來越準(zhǔn)確,課件編制越來越精美。我堅(jiān)信:在備課上多花一份精力,在教學(xué)上就有多一份的效果。
二:鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí),提倡合作學(xué)習(xí)
自主學(xué)習(xí)是相對(duì)于被動(dòng)學(xué)習(xí)而言的,高效課堂的一個(gè)關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)就是學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí),完成相應(yīng)的導(dǎo)學(xué)案。自主學(xué)習(xí)是一種積極,主動(dòng)的學(xué)習(xí),它能激發(fā)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣。學(xué)生不僅能在學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容上獨(dú)立思考,而且能豐富學(xué)生自身的學(xué)習(xí)經(jīng)驗(yàn),能使學(xué)生獲得積極的,深層次的情感體驗(yàn), 變要我學(xué)為我要學(xué),給學(xué)生提供足夠的自主活動(dòng)空間。同時(shí),小組合作學(xué)習(xí)能將個(gè)人的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)轉(zhuǎn)化為小組之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),這樣有利于培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的合作精神和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)意識(shí),有利于因材施教,從而真正實(shí)現(xiàn)每個(gè)學(xué)生都能得到發(fā)展的目標(biāo)。合作學(xué)習(xí)是相對(duì)于個(gè)體學(xué)習(xí)而言的,實(shí)施小組活動(dòng)就成為一種有效的互動(dòng)策略。我所帶的班被分為10個(gè)學(xué)習(xí)小組,每組六名同學(xué),組內(nèi)同學(xué)之間積極互動(dòng),組外各組之間激烈競(jìng)爭(zhēng),爭(zhēng)當(dāng)優(yōu)秀小組。一年來,效果確實(shí)不錯(cuò)。
三:恰當(dāng)?shù)膶W(xué)案反饋,會(huì)改變學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度
每節(jié)課都有學(xué)案反饋這個(gè)環(huán)節(jié),反饋的內(nèi)容包括學(xué)生學(xué)案中的亮點(diǎn)及存在的問題。同時(shí),又設(shè)有優(yōu)秀個(gè)人,書寫進(jìn)步個(gè)人,待優(yōu)生,善于思考的個(gè)人,優(yōu)秀小組,給力小組等,不管哪一項(xiàng),都是對(duì)學(xué)生一種無形的鼓勵(lì),學(xué)生對(duì)此十分關(guān)注。有時(shí)剛反饋完,有學(xué)生就問:“老師,優(yōu)秀個(gè)人為什么沒有我?”這簡單的一句話,表明學(xué)案反饋對(duì)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)觸動(dòng)也是很大的。對(duì)平時(shí)學(xué)案做的比較差的學(xué)生,我不直接批評(píng),因?yàn)楝F(xiàn)在的學(xué)生自尊心很強(qiáng),我會(huì)把這些學(xué)生定為進(jìn)步個(gè)人,利用課間或課外和這些學(xué)生談心,再次閱學(xué)案的時(shí)候,就會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn)這些學(xué)生的書寫更加的規(guī)范,上課注意力更加的集中,學(xué)習(xí)英語的興趣也非常濃厚,看到這些變化,我感到非常的欣慰。
四:學(xué)生精彩的展示與點(diǎn)評(píng),將整節(jié)課推向高潮
小組討論時(shí),我們不再像以前一直站在講臺(tái)上,而是深入學(xué)生之中,在各小組之間來回穿插,了解各個(gè)小組存在的問題,隨時(shí)答疑解惑,從而使師生之間的關(guān)系更加的融洽,正所謂“親其師信其道”。討論之后,就進(jìn)入展示點(diǎn)評(píng)環(huán)節(jié),一年來,僅就口頭展示而言,我?guī)У膬蓚€(gè)班學(xué)生無論是哪個(gè)小組的哪個(gè)層級(jí)上課都能踴躍地用英語發(fā)言。上臺(tái)點(diǎn)評(píng)的同學(xué),站姿正確,聲音宏亮,態(tài)度大方,富有激情,思路清晰,注意知識(shí)之間的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系,別看這些學(xué)生,站那就像一位位小老師,精彩的點(diǎn)評(píng)總能博得學(xué)生的陣陣掌聲。像賀小卓,姬星宇,劉靜等同學(xué)表現(xiàn)的非常突出。
五:創(chuàng)設(shè)快樂和諧的學(xué)習(xí)氛圍,激發(fā)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣
高效課堂我更注重調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生們學(xué)習(xí)、探討的興趣。興趣是最好的老師,愛好是成功之母。心理學(xué)家認(rèn)為:“所有智力方面的工作都依賴于興趣。”而快樂的課堂,和諧的教學(xué)氣氛最能吸引學(xué)生的注意力。特別是英語教學(xué),上課時(shí),基礎(chǔ)不好的學(xué)生看不懂,聽不懂,無心學(xué)習(xí),如果教師不及時(shí)設(shè)法激發(fā)學(xué)生的興趣,課堂上的一切活動(dòng)都無效。因此,我經(jīng)常與這些學(xué)生進(jìn)行心靈溝通,鼓勵(lì)他們?cè)谛〗M內(nèi)積極探討聽取他人的意見,及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)他們身上的閃光點(diǎn),及時(shí)表揚(yáng)鼓勵(lì)。只有這樣,我們才能構(gòu)建快樂和諧的課堂,真正促進(jìn)每個(gè)學(xué)生的發(fā)展。另外,和諧快樂的高效課堂學(xué)習(xí)克服了以前教學(xué)效率不高,學(xué)生實(shí)踐機(jī)會(huì)不夠多,訓(xùn)練不夠充分的缺點(diǎn),逐步改變了學(xué)生懶于開口,懶于思考,過分依賴?yán)蠋煹谋粍?dòng)學(xué)習(xí)方式。
總之,如果高效課堂教學(xué)運(yùn)用恰當(dāng),不僅可以發(fā)揮教學(xué)民主,活躍課堂氣氛,為學(xué)生的自主合作探究創(chuàng)造機(jī)會(huì),同時(shí)還可以增加課堂教學(xué)的容量和密度,對(duì)培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的健全人格起著關(guān)鍵的作用。我們?cè)谟⒄Z教學(xué)中,要充分利用這種教學(xué)模式,使教師教得輕松,學(xué)生學(xué)得愉快,從而達(dá)到教與學(xué)的最佳組合,在這種課堂模式中共享教與學(xué)的樂趣。

我擔(dān)任小學(xué)五年級(jí)和一年級(jí)的英語教學(xué)工作。剛參加工作,沒有任何教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn),我的壓力非常大,但也給了我很多動(dòng)力。我沒有經(jīng)驗(yàn),但是我有很多熱情與干勁,我們學(xué)校都是農(nóng)村的學(xué)生非常懂事,而且大部分學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)自覺性很高,這讓我對(duì)教好他們有了很大的信心。 一年級(jí)英語的學(xué)習(xí),只要求學(xué)生會(huì)說簡單的口語,我通常使用多媒體教學(xué),吸引孩子的注意力。從而達(dá)到快樂著學(xué)習(xí)著。
由于,我們學(xué)校課改了 ,課堂模式的差異,我們必須要不斷地學(xué)習(xí),根據(jù)不同的課型上好每節(jié)課。在加上班里來了一部分新生,他們以前從未學(xué)過英語,他們連26個(gè)母的聽說認(rèn)讀都不會(huì),他們學(xué)習(xí)起來就比較的困難,更別說句子和對(duì)話了,就像看天書。那么,我只能重新調(diào)整課程進(jìn)度,在前兩個(gè)星期花兩節(jié)課,重新教學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)26個(gè)母,并糾正他們個(gè)別母的錯(cuò)誤發(fā)音,新生留下來單獨(dú)輔導(dǎo)。還有幾節(jié)課就教學(xué)生一些簡單的句子,比如:good morning!what’s your name?等等,讓他們慢慢地接受英語。
在一切走上正軌后,我又發(fā)現(xiàn)許多學(xué)生雖然對(duì)新老師,新知識(shí)充滿了好奇心,但對(duì)于英語課堂四十五分鐘長時(shí)間的學(xué)習(xí),還是顯然有點(diǎn)不耐煩。因此,我根據(jù)學(xué)生的實(shí)際情況備好每一節(jié)課,準(zhǔn)備好各種英語單詞卡片和實(shí)物,利用直觀教具、多媒體,動(dòng)作、表情和玩游戲等方法吸引學(xué)生,讓學(xué)生樂于學(xué)習(xí)英語。例如:在教unit 3 what’s your favourite food?第一課時(shí)的時(shí)候,學(xué)生要學(xué)會(huì)九個(gè)新單詞的讀法,這對(duì)他們來說是一個(gè)挑戰(zhàn),對(duì)我來說也是一場(chǎng)考驗(yàn)。所以,在上這堂課之前,我仔細(xì)地備課,設(shè)計(jì)了不同的展示方案,準(zhǔn)備了這一課時(shí)需要的單詞卡片與一些實(shí)物,比如,西紅柿,土豆等。當(dāng)我把這些東西帶到課堂上時(shí),學(xué)生覺得非常有趣,新穎,上課也特別地認(rèn)真了,也讓整個(gè)課堂都活躍了起來。
每個(gè)單元學(xué)習(xí)了新單詞后,還有l(wèi)et’s talk 和read and write,這兩部分,就是讓學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)了單詞的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用新單詞說句子或?qū)υ挘\(yùn)用到平時(shí)的生活中去。在教句子時(shí),我沒有過多地強(qiáng)調(diào)語法,而是讓學(xué)生多讀,多記,學(xué)會(huì)用學(xué)過的單詞使用新句型對(duì)話。對(duì)話中照顧不同發(fā)展程度的學(xué)生,做到難易得當(dāng),讓每個(gè)學(xué)生都有練習(xí)的機(jī)會(huì),增強(qiáng)學(xué)習(xí)困難的學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語的信心,提高對(duì)話的反應(yīng)能力。每次上完課后,都要求學(xué)習(xí)必須熟讀,并進(jìn)行簡單的對(duì)話。
英語的學(xué)習(xí)是狠抓句型和單詞。我們每個(gè)班,每一組都有英語小組長,要求學(xué)生們每天早自習(xí),在小組長那里背誦并默寫前一天學(xué)習(xí)的單詞和句子。我還要不定時(shí)的進(jìn)行抽測(cè)。
課堂的教學(xué),離不開練習(xí)的鞏固。因此就要設(shè)計(jì)全面、高效的當(dāng)堂反饋,每一次都做到親自批改,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生良好的書寫習(xí)慣,做到整潔、規(guī)范、正確地書寫。。批改作業(yè)的時(shí)候,我會(huì)在作業(yè)寫得規(guī)范,整潔美觀的本子上畫上一個(gè)笑臉,讓同學(xué)們比一比誰收集的笑臉最多。這樣的方法,會(huì)促進(jìn)部分學(xué)生寫好英語作業(yè)。
并把做錯(cuò)的訂正在糾錯(cuò)本上,我們平常作業(yè)不多,都是讓學(xué)生默寫四會(huì)單詞和句子,做到少而精。
對(duì)于部分后進(jìn)生,在學(xué)生們當(dāng)中實(shí)行“一幫一”,兩個(gè)人互相學(xué)習(xí)英語,互相幫助,都能彼此進(jìn)步。
學(xué)習(xí)英語是循序漸進(jìn)的,每個(gè)階段都不能松懈,教英語更應(yīng)該一步一步,腳踏實(shí)地,讓學(xué)生通過小學(xué)階段英語課的學(xué)習(xí),不斷豐富英語的基本知識(shí),形成一定的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣與自學(xué)能力。在今后的教學(xué)中,我也要繼續(xù)加強(qiáng)對(duì)教材的鉆研,學(xué)習(xí)先進(jìn)的教學(xué)方法,讓學(xué)生學(xué)得更輕松,真正做到“it’s fun, it’s easy!”從而取得更大的進(jìn)步。

雖然人們?yōu)楠?dú)立旅行而感受自豪,特別是當(dāng)他們可以隨時(shí)隨地走,但是只有少數(shù)人采取行動(dòng)。有一天,由于我有漫長的暑假,我突然有個(gè)主意,我可以來一場(chǎng)說走就走的旅行。所以我叫了兩個(gè)朋友來加入我的團(tuán)隊(duì)。我們訂了車票和酒店,然后第二天,乘火車走了。我們聊著天,欣賞著窗外的風(fēng)景。當(dāng)我們到達(dá)這個(gè)城市時(shí),沿著街道走,享受這個(gè)城市的特色。
It was such great experience for me, sometimes we consider so many things and miss the joy of life. Taking a trip without burden and just go to any place you want once in your life.
這段經(jīng)歷對(duì)我來說是如此的美妙,有時(shí)候我們考慮太多,錯(cuò)過了生活中的快樂。來一場(chǎng)沒有負(fù)擔(dān)的旅行,去任何你曾經(jīng)想去的地方。
