同學們，大家好。今天十分榮幸可以由我來為大家進行課前三分鐘的演講。

”這句話是我在看喬松樓將軍在復旦大學演講**時偶然間聽到的。
是的，我今天演講的主題是自信。

我們需要足夠的自信來克服每天日出時的困難。
愛因斯坦的“相對論”發表之后，有人曾炮制了一本《百人駁相對論》，網羅了一批所謂名流對這一理論進行聲勢浩大的撻伐。可是，愛因斯坦自信自己的理論必然勝利，對噠伐不屑一顧。他說：
“假如我的理論是錯的，一個人反駁就夠了，一百個零加起來還是零。”他堅定了必勝的信念，堅持研究，終于使“相對論”成為20世紀的偉大理論，為世人所矚目。
同學們，也許我們不能成為像愛因斯坦那樣對社會做出巨大貢獻的人。但我們還是要向他一樣自信地面對一切困難和挫折。
居里夫人說過：“我們應該有恒心，尤其要有自信心!我們必須相信，我們的天賦是要用來做某種事情的，無論發生什么事情，活著的人總要照常工作。

校園里有一顆石榴樹，我經常會悄悄地過去看看它。
春天，石榴樹發芽了;到夏天的時候，石榴樹上長出了一朵朵紅花，遠遠望去，像一個個紅燈籠。石榴花謝了，結出了一個個綠色的小石榴。秋天，石榴終于成熟了，又大又紅的石榴掛滿枝頭。
這紅紅的石榴老是掛在我的心頭，總想著什么時候能嘗上一嘗。終于，我等到了這一天。
這天，老師帶我們去摘石榴，我別提有多高興了。走進石榴樹，我發現每一個石榴都好大呀!它圓溜溜、肥嘟嘟的身子上還頂著一個小皇冠，看上去又威風又可愛。它穿著一件紅色的大衣，看起來像一個小燈籠。
輕輕地摘下一個，我感覺它不是很平滑，看上去像個長滿斑點的小姑娘。輕輕剝開它的表皮，只見淡黃色薄膜把石榴內部分成了一個個小房間，每個房間里都住著一顆顆排列整齊的石榴籽。這紅燦燦的石榴籽就像稀有的紅寶石一樣，還散發著迷人的香氣呢!
石榴雖然外表不好看，但它有豐富的營養，我喜歡石榴。
記載九班每個人的輝煌，以迅雷不及掩耳之勢，從喬磊那里飛速向我駛來，當我承接這輝煌的同時，我不禁產生疑問：時間!你為什么非得(飛的)如此之快呢?
轉眼間，我就回到了屬于我的空間中，看我那私人的空間，簡直狗窩一般!慘象，已使我目不忍視;零亂，尤使我腳不忍動!突然，我有一種想毀滅它的沖動，仔細想了想，還是算了吧，畢竟它是我唯一的私人地帶，強烈的自我安慰感，使我熄了怒火。
拿著演講本，獨自彷徨在又臟，又亂的狗窩中，我希望看見一位漂亮的又能幫我寫演講稿的姑娘。
當當當!大力的敲門聲把我從美夢中召喚出來，我一抬頭就看見老媽身上系著圍裙手里拿著菜刀，此時她正用她那邪惡的目光看著我，一股強大的怒氣包圍著我，隨時有可能把我當菜一樣剁了。我不敢多想，趕緊起身完成我那未完成的輝煌。
自從放學回到家中，我一直憋在自己的狗窩中，寸步未邁。連飯都是老媽送進來在狗窩里吃的，一直到九點，我才憋出了兩句話，可憐啊!一直實施休養生息計劃的我，如今卻要熬夜，但是我面對這些事實，竟至于頗為無奈。我向來是不憚以最殘忍的方法來折磨自己的，然而我還不信僅憑一次演講就能難倒才華橫溢的九班教眾(這里當然也包括我嘍)，況且始終微笑著和藹的豆教主，更何至于無端為難我們呢?
眾所周知，五班是尖刀班，可是我們九班也不是善茬，在這里，我借用一下邢美達同學的名言：“奪五班天下者，必我九班也!”我懂得了豆教主之所以讓我們演講的緣由了，努力啊，努力啊，不在考試中爆發，就在考試中滅亡!

we engineering students take it for granted that technology is changing incredibly fast. we are thinking nervously and seriously whether our colleges are failing to provide a foundation in the skills currently needed in industry. take my major tele***munications for example.
scientists say that 21st century is a biomedical time, not an electrical time. but without the help of electronic data processing and transformation, biomedical technology alone cannot go too far. funny enough, the word biomedical itself is just a ***bination of two disciplines.
so the interdisciplinary exploitation serves as the critical part for our electric and electronics world as well as any other fields to find new way of being.
but the power of knowledge collaboration is certainly not restricted to science and engineering; it is in the full ***munity of learning. walking around campus i absorbed a reality that there is a seamless web between students from different professional backgrounds. the engineering students are discussing animatedly in a philosophy lecture, speaking passionately in the public speaking club, and looking for sparkling ideas from learning history and arts.
how wonderful that is! that, ladies and gentleman, is just a significant step forward to be well-rounded because once we jump out of the circle we can see the bigger picture.

hello, my dear friends, it is my great honor to be here and give a speech. today i want to talk about the importance of finding *me time*.
may i begin my speech by asking you a question? do you often feel tired, stressed or worried? if you do have these problems, you are lack of me-time to relax yourself.
psychologist tell us that stress is caused by too much work or study , heavy responsibilities , and quickened pace of life . in my point of view, if you want to have a healthy mind and body, having your own me-time is very important.
let me take myself as an example. i was a carefree and outgoing girl before i entered the junior high school. i had much me-time and did anything i like after class.
i kept a lovely pet and whenever i have time i played with her happily. however, the situation is quite different now. when i want to turn on the tv、surf on the inter*** or go out shopping with my friends, my parents always look at me seriously and say “ don’t f***et to spend more time on your lessons.
if you don’t cherish every minute of your time, other students will catch up with you.”
so, every day, every moment, i am overwhelmed by all kinds of assignments. i be***e more and more silent and can’t sleep well before the exams because i’m dressed and worried about my results. i feel so tired and how i want to have me time to relax myself.

he is right. we always have great plans and dreams in our minds… too ready to achieve something grand that changes the world or benefits all of mankind .for example; we hate pollution and have made up our minds to find new energy sources that keep the environment clean.
yet we still litter on the ground. we ***plain about traffic jams, so we plan to build more highways to solve the problem, but it never occurs to us that our failure to follow traffic regulations is the leading cause of this situation. we are so concerned that the violence in the media has a bad impact on our children, we urge the government to set laws to protect them.
but, do we, as adults, set a good example for our kids? we use nasty words and even spit on the ground in front of them, i dare to say, we harm more!
